Both panels show the same seven numbers — the curve gives the shape, the table
the exact values. The 2 s and 10 s points come from time windows; the rest are
your best 100 m, 250 m, 500 m and 1 NM converted to how long they took.
Duration runs on a log scale so a two-second burst and a two-minute run fit in
one view. Alpha 500 sits off the curve because it is a gated course — 500 m out
and back inside a 50 m gate — so it measures a speed you can turn around from,
not a straight-line best.
